Animals, Agriculture, and Livelihoods
We provide impoverished farming families with training and resources so they can earn an income. Our feeding programs support the hungry with physical and spiritual nourishment.
Jobs include: Program Coordinator in Livestock or Agriculture, Food Security and Distribution, Health and Nutrition Program Management.
When disaster strikes the needs are urgent and they are many. During a crisis we provide basics such as food, clean water, shelter, and medical care to people in need all over the world. In long-term recovery efforts we help build houses, schools, hospitals, and churches. We also help hurting homeowners in the United States devastated by natural disasters. Jobs include: Logistics, Security, Field Accountant, Government Relations, Program Development, Construction Supervisor, Carpenter, Plumber, Fleet Mechanic.
Discipleship, Education, and Training
Samaritan’s Purse is working to teach not only literacy and trades, but also to bring people to faith in Jesus Christ through programs that share the Gospel and help believers grow in their knowledge of Christ. Jobs include: Staff Learning and Development, Teachers, Medical and Public Health Educators (wellness care, HIV/AIDS, health and nutrition, children’s health).
Through World Medical Mission, we provide medical personnel in mission hospitals and clinics around the world. We also fight epidemic disease such as malaria, tuberculosis, and HIV/AIDS through health services, hygiene projects, and preventative education. Jobs include: Public and Community Health, BioMed Technician, Medical Mission Post-residency.
We work with local churches and ministry partners to share the Gospel and deliver gift-filled shoeboxes to children in need around the world. Jobs include: Domestic and international positions in Volunteer Relations, Media Relations, Discipleship, Logistics, Operations, Training Development, Regional Manager.
Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene
Samaritan’s Purse works around the world to provide clean water and promote safe hygiene practices. Jobs include: Water Treatment and Filtration, Water Conservation, Monitoring and Evaluation, Health and Sanitation
Through efforts such as maternal child health, vocational training, literacy classes, gender-based violence prevention, and safe migration awareness, we work to reach vulnerable women with the hope of the Gospel. Jobs include: Teachers, Food and Health Program Management, Child Trafficking Education.
