Samaritan’s Purse is seeking a Lead CRM Implementation Consultant to join our team Remotely or in Boone or North Wilkesboro, NC.  As a Lead CRM Implementation Consultant, you will walk side by side with us as we develop our own CRM software and other products to manage relationships with our donors and volunteers.  You will then lead the onboarding of other organizations who will use these products, assisting them from the point of signed agreements to their own successful product implementations.  Bring your process knowledge and project management and software implementation skills to support the work of Samaritan’s Purse and other ministries, and be a part of sharing the Gospel around the world!

A day in the life of a Lead CRM Implementation Consultant:

At Samaritan’s Purse, the Gospel really is the center of all we do!  We start each day with a time of devotions and spend time praying for each other, our staff and volunteers who serve around the globe. 

In the role of Lead CRM Implementation Consultant, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him.
  • Lead the implementation of our internally built products for partner organizations, managing their experience and enabling them to achieve their desired objectives with our products.
  • Work in tandem with the Technical Implementation Consultant to ensure a smooth product implementation experience for partner organizations.
  • Lead in the evaluation of partner organizations’ requirements and business objectives in order to define their implementation roadmap.
  • Guide partner organizations through product configuration, conversion, reporting, and user adoption activities.
  • Contribute to the growth of our enterprise practice by enhancing processes, defining new onboarding services, and mentoring team members.
  • Some travel to Samaritan’s Purse International Headquarters and partner organization locations will be required.
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT and five or more years of related experience
  • Project management experience, preferably with software implementation
  • Experience with CRM or donor management systems strongly preferred
  • Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly
  • Ability to be highly detail oriented
  • Ability to coach and mentor others
  • Twelve credit hours of college-level Biblical studies desired but not required

Job Location:  Remote or Boone, N.C or Wilkesboro N.C

* We believe God’s plan for human sexuality is to be expressed only within the context of marriage, that God created man and woman as unique biological persons made to complete each other.  God instituted monogamous marriage between male and female as the foundation of the family and the basic structure of human society.  For this reason, we believe that marriage is exclusively the union of one genetic male and one genetic female.   (Genesis 2:24; Matthew 19:5-6; Mark 10:6-9; Romans 1:26-27; 1 Corinthians 6:9)

* We believe that we must dedicate ourselves to prayer, to the service of our Lord, to His authority over our lives, and to the ministry of evangelism.   (Matthew 9:35-38; 22:37-39, and 28:18-20; Acts 1:8; Romans 10:9-15 and 12:20-21; Galatians 6:10; Colossians 2:6-10; 1 Peter 3:15)
