A day in the life of a Livelihoods Program Coordinator, EARN:
In the role of Livelihoods Program Coordinator, EARN, you will have the opportunity to:
- Work closely with the Program Manager who is responsible for project quality and timeliness, to ensure a high level of coordination and support to the program team.
- Directly work with the project coordinators to plan weekly tasks and schedules and follow up on progress.
- Assist in writing timely, quality monthly reports, assessment reports, quarterly reports, and final reports.
- Closely monitor project implementation activities and ensure that all activities are conducted per the agreed work plans, proposals, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Conducts field visits and assessment trips as needed for different beneficiary visits and program implementation components
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in preferably in Business, Economics, Health and Nutrition, Food Security, livelihood from an accredited university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to coordinate activities with other departments, build and maintain positive working relationships
- General knowledge of the workings of major donors and their perspectives, requirements, and standards
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, opportunity to meet and complete requirement is available upon hire.
