We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced HCM Service Line Manager to join our internal IT department! This manager partners with business stakeholders across HR and other functional areas to manage, prioritize, and deliver technology solutions in support of their goals and objectives.  Leads the team of HCM Enterprise Developers in the support and maintenance for multiple ministry applications.  If you are searching more than just a job, but a Career with lasting impact, come see how we accomplish that!


  • Must maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
  • Leads a team of HCM Enterprise Developers in the support and maintenance for Peoplesoft HCM, T&L, Payroll, ELM and other applications to ensure maximum uptime, high performance, and excellent customer service.
  • Offers innovative technologies, solution ideas, and potential business process improvements in pursuit of driving efficiencies and meeting business needs.
  • Provides high level technical directions to developers on existing and new interfaces.
  • Utilizes deep experience with enterprise applications, upgrades, enhancements, and operational support procedures.
  • Leads in the running of IT managed services and strategizes with IT leadership for changes needed at the process and system levels.
  • Manages Business Systems Analysts and responsible for the improvement of and support of Samaritan’s Purse enterprise applications.
  • Serves as a liaison between the Information Technology Department and the user community.
  • Meets regularly with users to track open issues and facilitate the effective use of software applications.
  • Leads in completing IT project management as necessary, and leads in the coordination and testing of HCM technology-related projects.
  • Meets tight deadlines and is willing to work the necessary hours to complete the assignment by assigned deadline, including working evenings and weekends during high seasons.
  • Serves as liaison between developers, network managers, HelpDesk, and software support on ongoing IT department operations.
