Opportunity Overview:

We have an incredible opportunity for a PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Functional Analyst, to support our PeopleSoft Developers and implementation team here at Samaritan's Purse. This Enterprise HCM BSA is responsible for the technological administration and maintenance of our new PeopleSoft HCM solution being implemented here at Samaritan's Purse. The ideal candidate would be highly detailed oriented, with a track record of successfully completing BSA tasks and responsibilities and experience at an Enterprise level, supporting multiple departments and/or teams. Technical Requirements/Duties:

  • Maintains a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ.
  • Desired 3+ years experience working as a Functional Analyst or Business Systems Analyst or similar working within the PeopleSoft HCM Module (ideally version 9.2).
  • Participate on project teams as appropriate to implement new system features and functionality within the PeopleSoft HCM application.
  • Analyze requirements, and perform initial and subsequent configurations within the system associated with all core HR functions within PeopleSoft HCM.
  • Create or update team documentation (processes, workflows, data flows, systems, etc.).
  • Create test plans, test scripts, functional specifications, and business requirements.
  • Successfully interact with HR, Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment, Compensation, Learning Management, Payroll, and Finance to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Proactive initiative to resolve complex HCM application issues in support/development areas across the core HR functions.
  • Provide technical training to Samaritan’s Purse staff on the effective use of enterprise systems used at both the domestic and the international field level.
  • Coordinate testing of new and enhanced applications and/or features and functions of the application and provide one-on-one training to staff as needed.
  • Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Attend daily morning devotions and participates in prayer support for the ministry, donors and volunteers.
  • Maintain a strong Christian witness to colleagues, vendors, charitable beneficiaries, and the general public.
  • Minimal international travel required .

  • Design and Implement Continuous Integration workflows for Infrastructure.
  • Maintain a strong Christian witness to colleagues, vendors, charitable beneficiaries, and the general public.
