Samaritans Purse is seeking a Program Administration Associate to join our Operation Heal Our Patriots Team, North Wilkesboro, NC. As a Program Administration Associate, you would share the responsibility supporting the OHOP teams who are out on the field serving. Come join our team and use your gifts for the Kingdom!

 

A day in the life of a Program Administration Associate: 

 

At Samaritans Purse, the Gospel really is the center of all we do!  We start each day with a time of devotions and spend time praying for each other, our staff and volunteers who serve around the globe. 

In the role of a Program Administration Associate, you will have the opportunity to: 

  • Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him.
  • Support the travel logistics of event attendees including booking of flights, hotel rooms, and rental cars as needed as well as assisting with rooming lists, and special needs.
  • Assists the Operations Manager in compiling and ensuring accuracy of weekly reports that support operations and follow up reporting after alumni attendance at Samaritan Lodge Alaska.
  • Utilize SharePoint, Excel, and be able to learn and utilize additional systems to support travel, logistics, accurate reporting, and data collection.
  • Oversee processing and ensure accuracy of all travel expense reimbursements for OHOP alumni.
  • Available to support weekend travel and emergency travel of beneficiaries to and from Samaritan Lodge Alaska.
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

  • General knowledge of Excel with ability to use for reporting and tracking of event related details.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and ability to be analytical.
  • Associate Degree and/or 2-3 years related experience with a high aptitude for attention to detail and organization skills or equivalent combination of education and experience. Twelve credit hours of college-level Biblical studies strongly preferred.

Type: Temporary -Full Time- 6 months

Language Requirement: Fluency in English (required)

Travel Expectations: Occasional Domestic Travel; less than 10%

For this reason, we believe that marriage is exclusively the union of one genetic male and one genetic female. Genesis 2:24; Matthew 19:5-6; Mark 10:6-9; Romans 1:26-27; 1 Corinthians 6:9.
  • We believe that we must dedicate ourselves to prayer, to the service of our Lord, to His authority over our lives, and to the ministry of evangelism.  Matthew 9:35-38; 22:37-39, 28:18-20; Acts 1:8; Romans 10:9-15 and 12:20-21; Galatians 6:10; Colossians 2:6-10; 1 Peter 3:15.
  • We believe that human life is sacred from conception to its natural end; and that we must have concern for the physical and spiritual needs of our fellowmen. Psalm 139:13; Isaiah 49:1; Jeremiah 1:5; Matthew 22:37-39; Romans 12:20-21; Galatians 6:10.
  • We believe that God wonderfully and immutably creates each person biological male or female. These two distinct but complementary sexes together reflect the image and likeness of God.
