We are searching for a Public Health Program Manager to join our team in Cambodia. In this role you will ensure that healthcare professionals and village volunteers receive effective training, community outreach programs are executed, and health education initiatives are promoted. A day in the life of a Public Health Program Manager:

In the role of Public Health Program Manager you will have the opportunity to: 

• Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him 
• Lead the development and execution of the health care improvement initiative in Kamrieng District with a view to developing and implementing direct clinical care
• Oversees the rollout of community outreach programs to increase access to health services and promote health education
• Develops and implements health education campaigns to empower residents with knowledge about health and wellness, with a focus on preventive careDevelops and implements health education campaigns to empower residents with knowledge about health and wellness, with a focus on preventive care
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience: 

• Strong understanding of health care systems, particularly in low-resource settings, and experience in working with local health professionals and community volunteers
• Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment and adapt to local customs and needs
• 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, opportunity to meet and complete requirement is available upon hire. 
• Strong expertise in project management, including program design, budgeting, planning, and monitoring and evaluation
• Clinical knowledge to implement a direct healthcare service delivery component

Job Location: Kamrieng, Battambang, Cambodia

Travel Expectations: 30 days/ annually; required travel documents and vaccinations for entry into foreign countries will be necessary
