Samaritan's Purse is looking for a gifted and qualified individual to serve with Operation Christmas Child as the Strategic Reporting Manager in our Charlotte, NC location. A day in the life of a Strategic Reporting Manager:

In the role of Strategic Reporting Manager, you will have the opportunity to: 

• Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him
• Manage the data analytics strategy for Operation Christmas Child
• Lead the Operation Christmas Child analytics team
• Use data analysis software and geographic information systems to influence strategic decision making
• Develop and execute a comprehensive Google analytics strategy to optimize website performance
• Lead the design and management of ETL processes to support data integration and ensure accurate reporting
• Work with the data analytics team to design and create comprehensive Tableau and GIS dashboards
• Maintain a working knowledge of existing data resources and stay up to date with developments in data privacy regulations
• Support leadership in initiating, prioritizing, and facilitating the progress of IT initiatives

Qualifications & Experience: 

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and five to seven years related experience and/or training in data analytics or data base management; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Thorough knowledge of data visualization principals and tools (Tableau, Power Bl, and QlikView or similar), ETL processes and data integration techniques, and SQL and MySQL databases
• Project management experience
• 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, opportunity to meet and complete requirement is available upon hire.

Travel Expectations: Approximately 25 days annually
