Since 1977, Samaritans Purse World Medical Mission has sent Christian medical professionals to mission hospitals and clinics around the world. By using their God-given gifts and talents, our staff and volunteers not only treat physical sickness and injury; they shine as a light for Jesus Christ and provide hope to people who are suffering.
World Medical Mission is currently seeking to hire on-call Laboratory and Biomedical Technicians to deploy internationally 1-2 times a year for 1-2 weeks at a time in support of surgical teams and mission hospitals. Technicians will perform set-ups, repairs, and installations, as well as participating in training and teaching opportunities.
As on call employees, Technicians will receive compensation for time deployed, and all the costs associated with service will be covered.
