We are hiring a Monitoring & Evaluation Program Manager to serve with our office in an Undisclosed Middle East location. We are looking for someone to provide technical guidance and oversight for the design and implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) plans. You will provide support to field-based Program Managers in the implementation of M&E plans. This role is vital to pinpointing and measuring the needs and the effectiveness of our programs. A day in the life of a Monitoring & Evaluation Program Manager:

In the role of Monitoring and Evaluation Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
- Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him.
- Lead in the development and implementation of an M&E plan for any external and internal grants.
- Assist Program Managers to develop systematic and realistic monitoring plans that capture quantitative and qualitative data for comparison against program goals and objectives.
- Lead in formal research activities and evaluations.
- Identify appropriate and internationally-standardized performance indicators for integration into monitoring activities for the programs.
- Support program teams in review of service delivery for any external and internal grants.
- Manage and develop program databases, providing resources and necessary support for program inputs and outputs.
- Review program achievements against indicator targets with a view to strengthening reporting and decision making.
- Organize training to build staff capacity on data collection, data management, data analysis, and report-writing techniques to ensure compliance with donor standards.
- Develop program and operational monitoring templates.
- Assists Program Managers in the development of survey tools and database development.
- Lead analysis of collected data using accepted international tools.
- Produce reports that accurately reflect field-level conditions and programming impact against objectives.
- Organize workshops on lessons learned, program performance, and work plans in partnership with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in development related subjects such as Economics and Statistics with a minimum of 3 years in Monitoring & Evaluation of Food Security Projects; or equivalent combination of experience and education. Experience of conducting project evaluations including using survey methodologies of Cluster and LQAS.
- Strong ability in Data Collection, Data Management and Analysis
- Good knowledge of project cycle management and development
- Working knowledge of mobile data collection platforms such as iFormBuilder and ArcGIS preferable
- 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, opportunity to meet and complete requirement is available upon hire.

Language Requirement: Fluency in English (required);
Travel Expectations: 60 days/annually; required travel documents and vaccinations for entry into foreign countries will be necessary
