We are seeking an Operations Manager to serve in one of our International Undisclosed offices. We are looking for an experienced manager to provide direction and support for operational processes, as well as provide guidance in field office vision and leadership. Come use your experience working in a variety of international contexts, analytical mind, and passion to make a difference in this area of the world.

A day in the life of an Operations Manager:

In the role of Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

• Ensure smooth functioning, well-managed and results-oriented activities across all areas of operations
• Support continuous up-to date effective communication channels and accurate flow of information between field sites and the country office and senior management team
• Develop and implement operational systems and processes in support of the organizations mission
• Serve as a member of the Senior Management Team and provide support to the Country Office in ensuring information flows, advice and support on issues related to operations and leadership
• Develop and oversee national and international procurement systems to ensure efficient and accurate supply of program resources
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

• Advanced degree or related experience in project management, business administration, public administration, logistics, supply chain management, communications or related field
• Field experience and knowledge of the Region preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Advanced problem solving and creative thinking skills
• Strong writing and oral communication skills

Job Location: International Undisclosed 

Type: Full-Time

Language Requirement: Fluency in English (required); Arabic strongly preferred

Accompaniment: Unaccompanied

Travel Expectations: Required travel documents and vaccinations for entry into foreign countries will be necessary
