Samaritan’s Purse is seeking a HCM Software Delivery Manager to join our team Remotely. You can be helping our cloud build and implementation efforts with your abilities every day!  As an HCM Software Delivery Manager, you will be able to partner with business stakeholders across HR and other functional areas to manage, prioritize, and deliver technology solutions in support of their goals and objectives.  In this role you will lead a team of HCM Enterprise Developers in the support and maintenance of enterprise HR systems.  Bring your experience and ability as an HCM manager to a highly professional enterprise systems team. Come and use your gifts daily to advance the Gospel!

A day in the life of a HCM Software Delivery Manager:

In the role of HCM Service Line Manager you will have the opportunity to:

  • Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him
  • Offers innovative technologies, solution ideas, and potential business process improvements in pursuit of driving efficiencies and meeting business needs
  • Provides high level technical directions to developers on existing and new interfaces
  • Leads in the running of IT managed services and strategizes with IT leadership for changes needed at the process and system levels
  • Serves as a liaison between the Information Technology Department and the user community
  • Leads in completing IT project management as necessary, and leads in the coordination and testing of HCM technology-related projects
  • Leads a team of HCM Enterprise Developers in the support and maintenance for Peoplesoft HCM, T&L, Payroll, ELM and other applications to ensure maximum uptime, high performance, and excellent customer service
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field and 10 (ten) or more years of related experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current enterprise HCM systems and technologies
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current business systems analysis and the software development lifecycle
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HCM Enterprise Development systems including Peoplesoft HCM, T&L, Payroll, ELM and other applications
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both the IT department and the user community
  • Ability to assist with maintenance and engagement in a way that allows people to execute their responsibilities and streamline business operations
  • Ability to collaborate successfully with vendors, inside the department, and within the Ministry
  • Twelve credit hours of college-level Biblical studies required

* We believe that we must dedicate ourselves to prayer, to the service of our Lord, to His authority over our lives, and to the ministry of evangelism.   (Matthew 9:35-38; 22:37-39, and 28:18-20; Acts 1:8; Romans 10:9-15 and 12:20-21; Galatians 6:10; Colossians 2:6-10; 1 Peter 3:15)
