Opportunity Overview:

We have an incredible new opportunity for an experienced Field Network Systems Analyst (Cisco, Palo Alto, SATCOM, IPv4, LAN/WAN, Meraki) to join our internal Network and International IT Teams!   The ideal candidate for this role be familiar with advanced Network technologies and Network Engineering and Security processes to include Cisco, Palo Alto, LAN/WAN, Firewalls, Routers/Switches, DNS, Server Builds, and the ability to troubleshoot Network and various Hardware issues quickly and effectively. This Field Network Engineer has the opportunity to travel up to 40% to various domestic and International site's to help build, deploy and troubleshoot new work locations. This Engineer would ideally have a strong understanding of Network, Hardware, and Security Engineering and have the ability to plan and implement new Network and Hardware Infrastructure (physically and virtually) around the world. Technical Requirements/Duties:

*    Preferably 3+ years of Advanced Network Administration/Engineering in a Windows OS environment.

*    Ability to travel both Domestically and Internationally for Network Systems IT Field support between 30%-40%.

*    Preferred exposure to Palo Alto Network Switches and Products, and addition to working experience with IPv4.

*    Experience with configuration, deployment, and administration of Layer 7 or application layer based firewalls (i.e. Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto, Sonicwall, etc)

*    Experience with LAN/WAN protocols, also providing troubleshooting and end-user support both physically and remotely using Remote Desktop.

*    Experience with Server Administration and Server Builds, DNS, and Active Directory administration (AD).

*    Preferred exposure to Cisco Meraki Cloud Wifi product, and Cisco Firepower Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW)

*    Must have the ability to handle various IT software, networking ,and hardware problems in order to troubleshoot quickly to avoid any work stoppage and provide high-availability Systems.

*    Preferred exposure to SATCOM (Satellite Communication) technology for oversees correspondence.

*    Physical and remote installations of Laptops, PC's, Printers, and Internet Connections between various buildings.

*    Build, maintain, troubleshoot laptop and desktop computers as well as smart devices and printers.

*    Working knowledge of Network layer 1-4 and ability to complete advanced troubleshooting in each layer.

*    Analyze needs and capacity of field offices to properly plan for and Network and Infrastructure asset needs both for initial network system design and diagrams as well ongoing performance and capacity planning and storage.

*    In coordination with Network Manager, conducts ongoing research, testing and training of staff on new technologies which could benefit remote field staff.

*    Available to provide technical on-call support as needed by management to fulfill the department Service Level Agreement and Internal Operating Procedures.

*    Provides ongoing support to field work, both on-sight and remotely, including those involved in the annual collection and processing for Operation Christmas Child program.

*    In coordination with Network Manager, conducts ongoing research, testing and training of staff on new technologies which could benefit remote field staff.
