Regional Manager, Caribbean, North & Central America (CNCA)

We travel to over 100 countries in order to train and equip national teams to share the gospel. As a result, lives are being changed for eternity and new churches are springing up in communities around the world as children and their families come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. The Regional Manager, Caribbean/North & Central America (CNCA) will serve on the Samaritan’s Purse/Operation Christmas Child - International Team based in Boone, North Carolina (or possibly in the field) working chiefly with Strategic Regional Leadership Teams of volunteers in the Caribbean, Mexico, Dominican Republic, and Honduras under the direction of the Regional Director. The Regional Manager will support the Regional Director in relationship building, recruitment, selection, training, equipping, and leading of volunteer National and Regional Leadership Teams. Attention will be given to OCC-related processes with special emphasis on the OCC Discipleship Program.
You will be given the opportunity to:
- Work with national and regional leadership teams by training and consulting with them as they facilitate the distribution of shoebox gifts in their respective countries;
- Provide guidance and training for the OCC discipleship program;
- Monitor the importation and distribution of shoebox gifts into the various destination countries;
- Develop prayer networks throughout each of the assigned countries;
- Manage assigned special projects.
We need you to bring:
- 3-5 years of relevant cross-cultural living and ministry experience or combination.
- A fluent knowledge of Spanish language is required.
- International travel of 75-90 days per year required.
- Twelve credit-hours of college-level Biblical Studies, required.
